Hello internet;

Last Christmas my roommate bought me a fabulous collection of plays by Edward Albee. One of my favorites being Lolita. Lolita is based on the Russian book written by ‎Vladimir Nabokov. It follows the path of the young girl and her pedophilic guardian.

Not for everyone's taste- for obvious reasons. It often closed after short runs because of its unsavory nature in the 80's with very few remounts after. The work has a wonderfully dark sense of humor and a leading young woman with a thin veil of innocence.

If you’re looking for a new collection to read, this is a great one. It definitely makes you think.
