Hello Internet;

What am I reading this week you ask? Well, I’m re-reading “Notes On Directing” by Frank Hauser and Russell Reich. This was assigned reading during my time at university. I recently lent it out to a colleague and when I got it back I figured I should read it again.

This book is basically styled like chicken soup for the soul. Short sections of information delivered with an anecdote for ease. A great read for a beginning theatre director.

The book focuses on structuring and managing rehearsals, working with actors, and key elements of staging. This is the third time I have read it. It's a quick reminder when I step back into a directorial role.
